This is the Du-Bro EZ Mount Cowl System for .20-.90 Size Aircraft.

The E/Z Mount Cowl System provides an easy method of mounting your cowl. It’s shock absorbing bushings will also reduce vibration and protect your painted surface from being marred. The E/Z Mount Cowl System is also adjustable and comes complete with all the hardware needed. (6/pkg.)
